What type rental agreements do you offer?
All our rental agreements are month to month.

Do you have 24 hour access to the storage facilities?
Yes. Our facility allows customers to access their storage units 24 hours a day.

When is the rent for my unit due?
Rent is due on the first of each month.
How much are your rental units?
Units vary based on size and type. To find the current price, navigate to the Available Units page and make a selection and the pricing will be displayed.
Are you running any specials?
Our latest specials will be shown on our website.
How much is a late fee if I am unable to pay on time?
A late fee of 15% of your rent is applied on past due accounts on the 11th of the month.
Do you have a security fence for added protection?
Yes.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes.

How much notice is required should I plan to vacate my storage unit?
10 days to two weeks notice is required.

Do you have video surveillance as an added protection?
Yes, our facility is constantly monitored by security cameras throughout our complex.

Are your storage units equipped with lighting?
Yes, our units have lighting for your convenience.

Do you offer insurance?
We do not offer insurance at this time.

Can I establish residence in my rented storage unit?
No.

Do you offer enclosed (interior) climate controlled units?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of climate controlled units.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of $25 for exterior units and $30 for Climate Controlled units.
